In the spring of 2014, two surveys were conducted by Institutional Effectiveness for the NCC Library. One survey was sent to the student body with the objective of gaining a better understanding of their Library needs. With the data collected, the Library staff has begun a more targeted approach to better helping NCC students succeed in college. The other survey was sent to NCC staff and faculty. The primary focus was on the services provided for academic support, information availability and accessibility, and the Library’s physical space. Results from this survey will enable the Library staff to assess its strengths/weaknesses.
